Most ALL Receivers can be refurbished to a "Like new condition", but in the "unlikely event", we can not refurbish it, we will not charge you for checking it out.

A Note to ALL Customers:
A "Universal Receiver" that comes to us for "Rebuilding", is worth nothing, as it is not usable.... and if you want to sell it just the way it is, we will talk ....
If we can NOT rebuild it because the "Universal Receiver" is beyond repairs, we will let the customer know, and if he wants it back, we will send it back, at the customer's expense.
If we rebuild a "Universal Receiver" and its' owner does NOT want it, or does not respond to our calls and / or emails - within 60 days after completion of "Rebuilding", we will sell it to someone interested to buy it, as we need to get paid for the time spent working on it, and for all the Spare Parts we have put into rebuilding it.
All "Receivers", Rebuilt or Brand New, need to get paid in full before shipping, including shipping charges.
All credit card sales are subject to a 3.5% service charge - no exception.
